2 Communities holding Covid Vax for free, RT-PCR camps for staff

Mumbai: Two housing communities, RustomJee season in East Bandra and Fairfield Chs in Thane not only take many steps to fight Covid-19 but also ensure that the residents are uncomfortable during and after a series of locking.
The community organizes RT-PCR camps during the locking period and now holds a vaccination camp to ensure that members and other staff will be vaccinated and remain protected from Covid-19.
When a pandemic recede, RustomJee Seasons organizes drive vaccination inside the complex.
“Covid Vaccination camp is held in the complex for all members who have not taken vaccines.
120 Our staff members are also vaccinated and the housing community pays their vaccination.
Overall, 430 people are vaccinated,” said Secretary of Season RustomJee Seasons Jimmy Hallis Francis.
He added that the query of vaccination was answered by qualified doctors who also encouraged members through a public address system to vaccinate.
There are 120 members in 360 flats in the community.
During a pandemic, a quarantine center was created in a complex full of hospital beds, oxygen concentrators and in-house doctor groups.
A team of women gives food cooked by home for patients in need.
Thane-based Fairfield Chs is located in the Luxa Lodha complex center which also has two communities – West Gate CHS and Clare Mont CHS.
Fairfield CHS has 276 flats and 886 members.
A team consisting of three Administrators of Gupte, S Sawant and Surendra Thakur – take broad steps during the Covid-19 pandemic to make fellow citizens safe and protected.
“We held a two-day camp to test RT-PCR for members, staff, household staff, security staff, waiters and drivers in the middle of a pandemic.
More than 200 people benefited from these camps,” Gupte said.
He added that senior citizens who lived in the community were given extra care and helped reach them soon every time the elders needed it.
During locking, vegetable vendors, grocery stores, snacks and sweet shops at the community location are set.
Cellular ATM services for residents are arranged.
In addition to completing traffic jams in gymnasium, the community also creates meeting rooms for online meetings and digitizing member records.
Their data has now been saved on the cloud computing platform.
Gupte added that the first charging station for electric vehicles has also been installed in the complex.
