Patna: Director of the Real Estate Company, Ramesh Kumar, and his employees Deepak Kumar were arrested and sent to prison on Thursday for allegedly deceiving a woman based in Patna Investor RS28 Lakh on behalf of registering commercial land in Bihta.
The woman said that she had taken a home loan RS22 lakh and the more interesting RS10 lakh from her EPF to pay RS32 Lakh as a whole through NEFT and other modes to the duo to buy a plot between March and December 2020.

Shastri Nagar Police Station Sho Ramachankar Singh said Ramesh was Director of Bhusamvriddhi Infra Private Limited who had an office on AG Colony on Patna.
Singh said both were land mafia and allegedly diluted several people like women with names giving them land.
He said the woman filed firs with police station Shastri Nagar on June 13 this year, alleged that they had deceived RS32 Lakh on behalf of registration of land.
“This case was found correctly after the investigation and both were arrested on Wednesday and sent to detention of justice,” he said.
He said Ramesh stayed in rented accommodation at Nepal Nagar in Chandravihar Colony and was originally a native of Bhushhaul under the Patharisif Patna Police Station area.
“Deepak also lives in rented accommodation in Kumhrar and is a native of Krishnapuri Ward Number 4 in Supaul,” he added.
