“On the basis of technical investigations, Cyber ​​crime officers arrested the defendant Ravin Khan and the Heir Khan from Bharatpur in Rajasthan on Monday,” said DCP (Crime Branch) Amit Kumar.
Both are 21 years old; One of them studied until the 11th grade and the other was the 8th grade dropout, Kumar said.
The politician has filed a complaint to Bhopal police on February 7 that he was a victim of Sextortion’s efforts online on the previous night.
He received WhatsApp messages from an unknown cellphone number and then call video where a unknown woman suddenly began to demand.
Politicians cut the call but the defendant had taken a photo of a video call and sent it to him from another number, along with the threat to share it on social media.
The defendant made a repeat threat to politicians throughout the night.
In the morning, he went to the police.
On the basis of his complaint, the police TT Nagar registered a case of criminal abuse and intimidation and transferred it to Cybercrime cells.
