2 killed, 20 lost after mud rips through the city of Japan

Tokyo: The mudflow that swept the house and the car in a resort town southwest of Tokyo left at least two dead and around 20 people were missing, said the official said.
Ten people were saved and as many as 80 houses were buried in Atami, where hundreds of firefighters, military forces, and three coast guard ships worked from Saturday facebreak to try to reach them believed to be trapped or carried by Mudslide.
The flood hit the mountain slope into a row after heavy rain which began a few days ago.
The observers, panting horror sounded, capturing the scenery on the mobile video.
Eyewitnesses said they heard giant ribs and then witnessed helplessly when houses were on muddy waves.
The two men confirmed that the two women had been swept into the sea and were found by Guard Coast, said Tatsushi Ueda, a Shizuoka prefectural official who was responsible for disaster prevention.
Of the 10 saved, someone suffered minor injuries.
In Atami, 121 people have been evacuated, said Ueda.
Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga has made a task force for rescue efforts.
Atami is an ancient seaside resort area in Shizuoka Prefecture, about 100 kilometers (60 miles) southwest of Tokyo.
Areas that are beaten by Mudslide, Izusan, including hot springs, residential areas, shopping streets and famous temples.
