Ankara: At least two people have been killed and six missing people after heavy rains crashing into the Northeast Black Sea Coast of Turkey, triggering floods and landslides, reporting news agencies managed by the government.
Heavy rains hit the province that grew tea on Wednesday on Wednesday, swept the car and caused a number of houses to collapse.
A 75-year-old woman was found dead in the midst of her three-story debris in the district of Muradiye Rize.
Her husband and other men were reported missing, Anadolu institutions reported.
In the nearest village of Asmaliirrakk, the Head Administrator died after being swept by a raging waters.
The rescue team sent to the region was looking for a total of six people in three districts that were still not counted, the institution reported.
DHA personal news agency said dog sniffers and divers helped search and rescue missions.
Heavy rains also closed access to dozens of villages and cutting electricity supply, he said.
