Coimbatore: Two Keralites was killed in a motorcycle accident at Chettipalayam-Palladam Road on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as akshaykumar, 23, from Kasaragod and R Amul, 25, from Palakkad.
They are employees of Kerala Roadways, a transportation company.
Amul lives in a rented house in Othakkalmandapam in Coimbatore.
They are used to visit companies in the Tirupur district to get orders.
Duo was on his way to Othakkalmandapam on a motorcycle from Palladam on Saturday night.
“When they reached Chettipalayam, Akshaykumar followed a truck.
The autorickshaw of goods from the opposite direction hit the two-wheeled two.
The duo was thrown from the vehicle and died on the spot,” said a police officer.
Circle Inspector Mathaiyan and the team sent a corpse to Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) for postmortem.
The body is handed over to the family on Sunday.
Chettipalalayam police have registered a case against the Senthilkumar S.
