Of the six skills development centers under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKvy), Gnida opened two units at Alpha 1 and Mubarakpur.
The centers will train 430 students for free in telecommunications and electronics.
A total of 1,170 seats will be offered in six central and teenagers between 18 and 35 years will be trained.
Shyam said he would be trained as an engineer to repair handsets and sales representatives by the Prachion company.
