Patna: Bypolls in the assembly segment of Asthan and Tarapur in Bihar are scheduled for October 30, survive specifically for NDA and Ally JD (U), which won both seats in the assembly selection of 2020.
The two chairs fell after the death of the Choudhary (Tarapur) and Shashi Bhushan Hazari (Kusheshwar Asthan).
This is likely to be a triangle contest between Nitish Kumar’s JD (U), laja then Prasad and Chirag Paswan in both chairs.
The NDA partner is under pressure to maintain both seats humiliated by RJD.
The LJP faction from MP Jatui Chirag Paswan has also announced to overthrow his candidate from both chairs.
If JD (U) loses two seats, not only the strength in the assembly will decrease, but will also intensify the cracks that have grown with BJP allies on various problems.
Asthan Kusheshwar’s constituency had a strong presence of Yadav and Paswan’s voice.
During the assembly selection of 2020, hajari won the chair by collecting 39.5% of the sound surveyed and defeating the Ashok Kumar congress, who had received 34.6% of the vote.
Checking Choudhary has won the Tarapur seat in 2020 and 2015 assembly selection, while his wife Neta Choudhary was also elected for the legislature in 2010 on JD (U) tickets.
Inevitably, with 36.5% of the vote, beat RJD Nominee Divya Prakash, which was surveyed 32.8% of the vote.
Prakash is the daughter of the former Union Minister Jai Prakash Narayan Yadav.
In 2015, it had defeated former Minister of Shakuni Choudhary from Hindustan Lay Morcha (secular).
