2 senior IPS officers were promoted

Ranchi: The state government has promoted two Senior IPS officers to the rank of the Director General (ADG) and another improved payment scale.
Notification for this effect was issued by the Department of Home, Prison and Disaster Management on Friday Evening.Inspector General (IG) Susan Gupta was promoted as an ADG and posted in the HomeGuar and Fire Department.
He was previously posted as Director of IG (Rail), Jharkhand Police Academy Hazaribag, T Kandaswami has been promoted and appointed as an AMOL Training.IG (Operation) of Amol Homkar and IG Prabhat Kumar which on the scale of excavation will get an IG scale as long as they complete the mid-career training in the next slot.
The salary scale of two police officers from the 2009 batch, Indrajit Mahtha and Sanjay Ranjan Singh have been improved.
Sanjiv Kumar IPS salary scale has also been increased as long as he completes training in the next slot.
