Pune: The daily wage worker and his two sons on Sunday afternoon sank in a mine full of water in Kusgaon Village near Cams set.
Pada Pune Rural said that on Sunday morning Piraji Sule Workers (36) had taken two sons of Sainath (13) and Sachin (10) to enjoy the waterfall in Medan Hilly near Kusgaon.
“There is a mine at the foot of the hill, which is now filled with water because of waterfalls in Medan,” an officer from the Kamshet police told TII.
He said that according to the local residents, two sutan sons had entered the mine.
When they started drowning, Sule jumped into the waters.
However, he also began to sink.
“A local man, who had brought his livestock to graze, watched him and reminded others,” the officer said.
He said that the local residents ran towards the mine and brought the trio out of the water.
“They were sent to the hospital, where the doctors claimed they were dead,” the officer said.
The officer said that Sule survived by his wife and five-year-old son.
“The family comes from the Nanded district and currently lives in a supreme.
He is a wage worker every day,” the officer said.
