Navsari: Two suspected theft was found depending on the locking of the police station in the Navsari Gujarat district on Wednesday, police said.
Sunil Pawar and Ravi Jadav, both of them were 19 years old, allegedly committed suicide at the early hours between 5am and 8 in the morning by hanging themselves using a wire at the Chikhli police station locking, a senior police official said.
Regarding learning about the incident, Navsari’s supervisor from Police Rishikesh Upadhyay and other senior officials rushed to the place.
Duo, the two residents of Waghai Taluka from the neighboring district of Dang, were taken to the police station to be questioned in the case of theft on Tuesday, police deputy supervisor said S s Rana.
“Between 5 o’clock in the morning and 8 in the morning, the theft of the suspect committed suicide by hanging himself using cable for several unknown reasons.
Cases of accidental death have been registered and further investigation,” said Rana, who investigated this case.
