New Delhi: Two terrorists were killed in a broken meeting on Saturday with security forces in the Shopdian District Chowgam area in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Security forces have launched the cordon cable and searches in the Chowgam area, following the input about the existence of terrorists there.
He said the search operation turned into a meeting when militants opened fire on security personnel, who replied.
Two terrorists were killed in the next shot, the official said, added that their group’s identity and affiliation were confirmed.
Search operations are taking place, he said.
