Greater Noida: Two tourists died and four, including three students from Congo, were injured after Honda Civic Cruising at 110kmph crashed into a mini bus parked from Yamuna toll road on Sunday morning.
The accident occurred around 8am at 5km from zero.
A mini bus, carrying 14 tourists to Delhi from Agra, has been broken down on the toll road and two of them – Bhattacharya (56) and Saheb Mandal (24) – has come down from a vehicle to seek alternative transportation.
They stood behind the bus when the sedan hit a vehicle from behind.

Police said that of 14 tourists on the bus, nine came from the Howrah district in West Bengal.
They went to see the Taj Mahal and were on their way back to Delhi when the accident occurred.
Three Congo citizers, who were students from a college in Greater Noida, had gone a long trip and returned to their flat when they hit the bus.
Third – Lucy (23), John (25) and Dieumerci (25) – suffered a sad injury and treated in a private hospital.
The fourth person who was injured was a tourist – Sister Mandal Sneha (18).
“Dieumerci drives a car more than 110kmph.
He failed to slam the brakes in time and hit the bus,” said Avesh Malik, an investigative officer in this case.
“Initial investigations have revealed that groups of tourists have come to Delhi on vacation and goes to see the Taj Mahal, where they have booked a mini bus.
They returned when their vehicle strike almost zero points,” he added.
Introduction investigations have revealed that sedans driven by students have also grazed through patrol vehicles only 150 meters from where they hit the bus.
The police tried to find out whether the three were under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
So far, the police have not found such substances from their cars.
“We have received a written complaint from the family who died.
A fir will be registered soon,” Malik said.
