Gurgaon: Two men were booked after they tried to win cash worth 40,000 from the shop owner in Farrukhnagar on Saturday night.
The defendant chased the victim and even shot his father and brother.
According to complaints submitted by RAM power, he closed his shop at around 8:20 a.m.
and was collected around RS 40,000 in cash.
He came home on his motorbike when the car began to follow him.
Ram’s power said it was at first, he thought it was an acquaintance that followed him.
However, when he approached his house, the car tried to hit him.
“I speed up my bike and drove while shouting to ask for help until I got home,” Ram’s power.
Hear it, his father and his brother stepped out of the house.
The defendant then fired three shots into it.
“The bullet touched my father’s neck and eyes.
However, he did not accept serious injury,” added RAM power.
In defense, he and his brother took a few sticks and used it to hit the car.
The defendant failed to take money, turn their cars and escape from the scene.
The case has been registered at the Farrukhnagar police station under Section 34 and 379B IPC.
“We have registered fir and is investigating this problem,” said a police officer.
