Patna: Two small children allegedly bound to the electricity pole and beaten in the Chamaran District of West Bihar on Tuesday, police said.
Both were accused of stealing 200 years of Hospital.
Police officials knew about the incident after the video incident became a viral on social media.
Pranaav Kumar, Police Station Sisiria said: “We have admired this incident and took action against the alleged person seen in the video.
One of the accused is the victim’s cousin.” “We have identified several guesses of people, namely Shivnath Yadav, Madhav Yadav, etc.,” Sho said.
According to the police, the incident occurred in Bhagarwa Village where two children, between 12 and 15 years were tied to an electric pole.
The people around him shave their heads and beat them with a stick.
The victims begged mercy but no one listened to them.
The victims have been identified as migrant workers and comes from other states.
