Ballia / Sultanpur: Two women and a teenager allegedly raped in a separate incident at Uttar Pradesh, said the police on Monday.
A 14-year-old girl allegedly raped by a 24-year-old man in a village in the Ballia district.
The attack took place on September 4, when the young girl went to the field to get the grass, they said.
A registered pine based on complaints by the victim on Sundays under the IPC and ACT Pocso section.
Police said the search was above the defendant’s NAB, identified as Chhotu.
A 27-year-old woman on Sunday alleged that she was raped for three years by his relatives on the promise of a wedding in a village under the Area of the Gadwar Police Station.
The woman, in her complaint to the police, alleged that Ajay Paswan (22) had raped it for the past three years at the promise of marriage but now refused to tie the knot, said Police Singh Steven Singh.
Following complaints, a case was registered against the defendant under the part of the Indian criminal code and he was arrested from Trisection Chaugda on Monday.
The woman was sent to the district hospital for a medical examination, Singh added.
In the Sultanpur district, a woman who was challenged by a 30-year-old mentality was allegedly raped on Sunday.
The defendant struggled when he opposed and he fled after committing a crime, Sho (Dhanpatganj) said Manoh Sharma.
The victim’s family filed a police complaint about the incident and a registered case against Dayaram (48), said Sho, added that the effort was to arrest him.
The victim was sent to the hospital, he said.
