Coimbatore: Thieves confuse with 20 rulers of gold jewelry and 30,000 from the house locked in Indira Nagar in Vellalore on Monday.
After Ravichandran’s house owner went to work with his two sons, his wife Revathi had gone to a relative home with their daughter -law around 1pm.
They returned around 3pm to find open front door locks and missing valuables.
The police team, led by the investigation of Podanur Inspector Wing Kathirvel, conducted an investigation with home and neighboring inmates.
The neighbors told police that they did not see foreigners in the area.
The police have collected CCTV footage from the area.
The thieves have jumped over a compound wall to enter the place, the officer said.
