Noida: After launching an ambitious golf course in sector 151, the Noida Authority will soon emerge with a housing plot scheme in the newly developed sector at Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
About 200 plots starting from 250-450 SQM will be ready to be contested at the end of this month, officials said.
Also, around 97 flats were built for rehabilitation of JJ colonies and more economically weaker parts will run out for allotment on July 31.
These include 79 sets of rooms in all sectors 117, 118 and 122, and 18 flats two rooms in all sectors 55, 82 and 99.
The decision was taken by the CEO of Noida Ritu Maheshwari at a meeting of residential residential reviews on Friday.
“I have directed officials that the newly created plot scheme in Sector 151 was published for the public at the end of July,” Maheshwari CEO said.
According to Anil Kumar Singh, the Noida Authority, more than 200 housing plots in the 151 sector will be brought based on the scheme.
“This scheme will be launched at the end of July.” While the authority has not stated at the level of circles what will be allocated, resources maintain it can range from Rs 40,000-50,000 square meters.
