Vadodara: When Gujaratis remained locked in their homes for most of 2020 because the Covid-19 pandemic was proven to be the safest period for their qualities in the 21st century.
Only half of theft, theft, robbery and dakoity were reported in 2020 in Gujarat compared with the average 19 years before.
The latest report from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) titled Crime in India 2020 shows that there are 12,827 cases of theft, theft, robbery and dacoity in the state, which is the lowest in the past two decades.
