20,240 positive tests in circumstances; TPR at 17.51%

Thiruvananthapuram: The country witnessed 20,240 positive cases of 1,15,575 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The test level of the test increased to 17.51%.
The state recorded the death of 67 Covid, took the victim to 22,551.
At the same time, 29,710 patients had recovered from the disease.
Among new cases, 19,251 cases have been infected through local transmission.
Infection contact sources cannot be traced to 774.
There are 101 health professionals among those infected, and 114 people have arrived from outside the country.
Ernakulam reported the highest number of cases with 2,572, followed by Thrissur (2,451), Thiruvananthapuram (1,884), Kozhikode (1,805), Kolllayam (1,780), Kollam (1,644), Palakkad (1,217), Kannur (1,217)), alappuzha (1,197) , Idukki (825), Pathanamthitta (779), Wayanad (566) and Kasaragod (287).
The current total active case is 2.22.255, where 12.9% of people are accepted either in hospitals or other care centers.
There were 6.03,315 people currently observing in various state districts, where 5,72,761 were in their homes or institutional quarantine centers, and 30,554 in isolation in hospitals.
As per the weekly infection population ratio, a different environment in 794 local bodies have more than 7% WIPR.
Among these, 692 wards were in urban areas, and 3,416 were in rural areas.
In this ward, strict locking restrictions have been implemented.
