NEW DELHI: Over 21.80 crore vaccine dosages against Covid-19 are given to countries and Union Territories thus much and more than 1.90 crore jabs continue to be accessible together, ” the Union health ministry said on Sunday.
In an announcement, the ministry stated 40,650 Covid-19 vaccine dosages will be at the forefront and could be obtained by the states/UTs over the subsequent few days.
“The government has up to now provided, either throughout the free-of-cost class and during direct state procurement class, over 21.80 crore vaccine dosages (21,80,51,890) into states/UTs,” the ministry said in a declaration.
Of the complete intake, calculated according to average to May 22, 2021, such as wastages has been 19,90,31,577 doses (based on information available at 8 am on Sunday).
Over 1.90 crore Covid vaccine dosages (1,90,20,313) are still accessible with all the states/UTs to be treated, the ministry stated.
