Patna: More than 21,000 students have submitted a re-appointment to three-year courses in the flow of art, science and trade from the University of Patna (PU) during the academic session of 2021-2022.
The last date for sending online applications ends on Tuesday.
Dean of the welfare of PU students, Anil Kumar, told this newspaper, “Because there will be no entry test this year, the list of achievements will be prepared based on the signs obtained in the final qualification check.
This list will be uploaded to the PU website in two-three days In the future after that students will show the choice of their subjects and colleges.
“There are 3,500 seats in Arts, Science, and the flow of trade in all PU colleges except the Patna Women’s College recognizing their own students.
There were 1,650 seats (each of which was 600 in Patna College and B N College and 450 in Magadh Mahila College) in Art and 650 (400 in Vanijya Mahavidyalaya and 250 in Magadh Mahila College) in the Stream Commerce.
In addition, at the Faculty of Science, all there were 1,206 seats, including 600 in Patna Science College, 350 in B N College and 256 in Magadh Mahila College.
The three-year vocational course that runs in various PU colleges is Functional English (Patna College and BN College), BCA (BN College, Patna Science College, Magadh Mahila College, and the Directorate of Distance Education), BBA (Patna College, BN College ), Magadh Mahila College), Biotechnology (Patna Science College and BN College), Patna College), Environmental Sciences (Patna Science College), Social Work (Magadh Mahila College), and Gemmology (BN College).
“The process of entering all courses both under conventional flow and self-financing (vocational) will be completed at the end of September so that the newly accepted student class starts in the first week of October,” The Dean said.
