Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) has issued a restoration order to 22 people to carve out illegal colonies at 4,500 square meters of land in sector 8 and build 130 flats that violate the development and regulations of Haryana Act.
Offenders including former Kin Gurgaon Mla Umesh Agesh, MCG husband Member of the Sheetal Board of Bagri, Dev Samaj Trust and a private company.
Previously, they were sent notice showing and told to submit their response on August 13.
Their replies have been found unsatisfactory, officials said.
The City Planner District (Enforcement) Batth RS said replies were examined and found that trust, the company ‘Indo UK e-Service’ and the plot owner directly violated the norms.
“Now, the department has issued a restoration order, which according to its offenders has been directed to restore land, where 130 flats are built illegally, with their original conditions with the demolition of all road construction and access.

BATTH said the department received social media posts that accused that unauthorized colonies called ‘Sai Lane’ had approached Lady Fatima’s school at Old Gurgaon.
The developers have divided the soil into a small plot, flat built and then sells houses and plots that violate these actions.

The land initially belonged to DEV Samaj Trust but then sold to Indo-UK electronic services.
