Coimbatore: Special Court for the Pocso case on Tuesday tunted a man aged 22 years to 20 years in prison for raping a little girl in 2019.Carthik, 22, from a village near Mettupalayam in Coimbatore Regency, falling in love with 17 old-year-old girls.
He married a little girl in May 2019 and had a physical relationship with him.
The little girl’s parents filed a complaint with Mettupalayam police who registered a missing girl.
The police traced the girl and saved him from the young man.
Karthik was arrested under the accusation of melting and raping a little girl.
Special court judge for Pocso Ravi cases punish Karthik and impose a fine of the hospital and impose a fine of 30,000.
The court also directs the state government to provide RS 5 Lakh to victims as compensation.
