Kanpur: From 478, the new Covid case fell to 234 on Friday.
On Wednesday, 478 and on Thursday, 292 Covid cases were recorded by the district health department.
Dip in Covid cases also dropped the calculation of active cases to 2,832.
This also happens because of the increasing amount of recovery.
On Wednesday, the total active case was 3,534, which dropped to 3,273 on Thursday.
And on Friday, then it drops to 2,832.
While 234 people were tested positive for Covid on Friday, recovery standing above 674.
On Thursday, 553 people had recovered from Covid.
Also one Covid patient gave up, which increased the death count to 1,914.
The deceased is a ghatampur population.
Patients, a 57-year-old woman died at LLR Hospital.
The Ministry of Health said that there were no cases of Omicron reported on Friday.
