Jaipur: Regardless of the rules provided in the Rajasthan Law, 2016, only 44 private schools from 2,400 in the city have submitted their documents about the establishment of the School Fee Committee in the District Education Office.
According to laws, private schools must submit information about the formation of the school fee committee and the number of members with their names and telephone numbers.
However, most schools do not have a committee of fees and even if they do it, the procedure is not followed.
RAM Educational Officers Ram Chandra Pilanya said, “Schools should provide us with information about the committees formed, members and their numbers.
We need to be crossed but because they do not take it seriously, we have issued a circular on Monday to give us immediate information or action will Taken against these schools.
“According to the Act, a committee will be formed with parents’ representatives and school authorities.
Sunil Yadav, President All Forum Parents Rajasthan, said, “We have never received information about the establishment of their committee or member.
Most of the time parents who should make members close with school authorities.
We have demanded many times to tell us who Member but no correct answer has been received.
