255 new Covid-19 cases, 7 deaths in Karnataka

Bengaluru: Karnataka recorded 255 new Covid-19 cases and seven deaths on Tuesday, took the number of infections at 29,92,276 and the toll became 38,153.
Today also saw 667 release, taking the total number of recovery in the state as far as 29.46,601.
Bengaluru urban top in the number of cases (163), because the city saw 574 release and two deaths.
The total number of active cases in the state is now 7,493, said the Bulletin Health Department.
While the level of participation for that day was established at 0.38 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was 2.74 percent.
Bengaluru Urban also leads to the number of deaths (2), followed by each of the Besavi, Chitradurga, Dakshina Kannada, Dharwad and Tumakuru.
Among the districts where new cases were reported, Bengaluru Urban contributed 163, Mysore 19, Dakshina Kannada 13, Shivamogga 9, Udupi and Uttara Kannada 8, followed by others.
The Bengaluran urban district suggested a list of positive cases, with a total of 12,54,256, followed by Mysuru 1,79,422 and Tumakuru 1,20,946.
Among the release also, Bengaluru Urban was above with 12.31.780, followed by Mysuru 1,76,879 and Tumaku 4,19,696.
Cumulatively totaling 5.22.36,082 samples were tested in a state so far, where 66,993 was carried out on Tuesday.
