Lucknow: The Judicial Commission investigates all aspects of the Gangster Slain Vikas Dubey has supported the findings of the Special Investigation Team (Sitting) which has found that as many as 26 district administrative officials and income departments with improper associates to get weapons licenses and reasonable price licenses.
The Supreme Court has mandated the investigation Commission of three members headed by Justice (Retd) BS Chauhan to investigate Dubey’s meeting and five of their suspicion.
The panel also investigates the situation that causes the up and down of ganglord.
Before this, the state government had formed a sitting under the leadership of the senior officer IAS Sanjay Bhosreddy right after the Dubey meeting.
According to a sitting report, officers in collusion with gangsters including six sub-divisions (SDMS), an additional city judge (ACM), seven block officers (BDO), two tehsildars and two sub-tehsildars, along with a revenue inspector and two Supply inspector.
This list also includes two village development officers and three Lekhpal.
The Commission, who submitted a report two weeks ago, recommended actions against them all.
The report also stated that block development officers posted in Chaubeypur in a constant touch with Dubey and in one year from December 2019 to March 2020 they have spoken 22 times.
Similarly, income inspectors, village development officers, supply inspectors are all in a constant touch with Dubey.
This report is prepared by sitting based on the detailed record of the call from the past year.
While supporting these findings, the Commission stated that it showed that income officials had a friendship with Dubey.
It also explicitly states that all of these officials are very friendly with ganglord that if there are people who are commonly complaining about them, he will know first and get used to struggling with complainants.
The Commission also supports the sitting view that the department’s investigation must be carried out on four HR, and ACM, while administrative actions must be made to four HR and eight other income officials.
