Thiruvananthapuram: The country on Thursday recorded 26,200 positive Covid cases and 29,209 recovery.
The level of testicitivity test (TPR) is 16.69%, according to official statistics released by the State Health Department.
A total of 125 Covid deaths were recorded, taking victims to 22,126.
As many as 1,56,957 samples were test-ted on Thursday, taking the total test of 3,29,98,816.
Thrissur reported the highest cases with 3,279, followed by Ernakulam (3,175), Thiruvananthapuram (2,598), Malappuram (2,452), Kozhikode (2,332), Kollam (1,996), Palackad (1,604), Kottayam (1,580), Kannur (1,532) , Pathanamthitta (1,244), Wayanad (981), Idukki (848) and Kasaragod (455).
While 24,999 people experienced diseases through contact, source 1,006 people were unknown.
A total of 114 health workers also tested Covid-19 today.
