Gurgaon: A 28-year-old Ullawas resident has been arrested for allegedly struggling to death three days ago.
The police said they consumed liquor together in an Amla garden in sector 59 on November 7 and quarreled, which turned into violence.
The man who was arrested has been identified as pradeep.
According to the police, a man’s body was found in Orchard by a pedestrian.
The body has a head and wet injury in the blood.
Pedestrians warned the police immediately, follow the police and the forensic team which was sent to the place.
The man who died was later identified as Vipin Malik.
Vipin comes from Uttar Pradesh and lives in rented accommodation in Delhi’s Jaunpur.
He has worked as a driver in the 60 gurgaon sector for the past month.
In his complaint to the police, Vipin’s wife stated that he had gone to work around 9 in the morning on the day, driving to Gurgaon on his motorcycle.
At night, he called him by telephone and told him that he would go home soon.
When he failed again, he began to call him repeatedly on his phone, but was turned off.
He was told about the invention of the body the next day at around 15:10.
He rushed to the place with his brother and confirmed Vipin’s identity.
A pine was later registered under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Sector Police Station 65.
During the investigation, the police focused on Pradeep and arrested him on Tuesday.
“During interrogation, he revealed that he and Vipin knew each other at night, they consumed liquor together in the garden.
They were in a row about several things, which finally turned into violence.
Pradeep broke the branch of the nearest tree and crashed into Vipin Dead with him.
Pradeep then takes a wallet and vipin phone and runs away on the motorbike, “said ACP (Crime) Pal Sangwan.
The police said the tree branch used in crime was confiscated from Vipin, which was produced in court and was sent to police detention on Wednesday.
