Jaipur: Nearly 78% of vaccine recipients have received the first dose while 29% are fully vaccinated against Covid.
The number of people who received the first dose had touched 3.99 crores, while those who received both doses had crossed 1.49 crores.
The eligible population that needs to be vaccinated in the state reaches 5.14 crores.
On Sunday, only 3,381 doses were given until 8pm.
A senior health department official said, “Because nurses remain busy at the reear examination center to ensure the Covid protocol, vaccination sites remain affected.
Also, because internet services remain suspended, the dose is not updated on the Cowin portal.” On the portal, 27 districts showed a zero dose managed.
The number of doses given in the age group 18 to 44 has increased to 2.9 crores, while the population of 60 years above has received 1.12 doses of crore.
People in the age group 45 to 60 years have received 1.44 crore doses so far.
The number of doses given to men is 2.85 crores, while women have received a 2.64crore dose.
While the country is close to activating the first 4 crore doses and 1.5 Crore second dose, it reports only six new infections on Sundays take the overall calculation to 9.54,303.
