Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has told the Gujarat High Court on Saturday that, since March 2021, he has sealed 297 buildings and 3,559 units that have no valid building use permits.
City development officers submitted a written statement in HC after the court insisted on the implementation of the right BU permission.
The official said that the development of the City of AMC and the Ministry of Plantation had made a strong drive against the building used without nodding.
Of the 297 sealed buildings, 264 buildings were commercial and 33 were housing.
The citizenship authority also told the court that he had removed 13, 277 carts and stalls regulated illegally in public places.
