HYDERABAD: The cybercrime sleuths of all Rachakonda detained three men for posting disgusting articles through bogus social networking accounts to frighten known girls and a woman.
A 26-year-old personal worker from Madannapet was detained by the authorities for bill morphed disgusting photographs of his female friend on Instagram and Facebook.
The accused made bogus profiles of these victims on social networking and published obscene morphed photographs in May 2021.
In addition, he sent abusive messages for her family and friends members asserting she had an event, ACP S Harinath stated.
Police recognized the accused and following the arrest Wednesdayhe confessed he satisfied the victim via a frequent friend from exactly the identical area and became a buddy.
When he had been near the sufferer, he obtained her mobile phone and got private photographs with no knowledge.
A couple of weeks before, the victim ceased speaking to the accused because she didn’t like his behavior and also to harm her, the accused employed fake social networking profiles, authorities said.
Police also detained a 21-year-old diploma pupil from Kothapet, for developing a bogus Instagram account together with the profile photograph of a female classmate who recently ceased speaking to him and sending unsolicited messages for her pals.
Both accused were shipped from juvenile remand.
In another instance, a 19-year-old pupil, Ch Prashanth of New Hafeezpet, was detained for making a bogus Instagram accounts utilizing the photograph of a small woman whom he uttered on Facebook and sending messages that were violent.
