KABUL: Three civilians were killed and ten more injured in the explosion in Herat Afghan Province on Monday.
Citing security sources, Tolo News reported that the explosion targeted buses carrying civilians, and women were among the victims.
“Three civilians were killed and 10 more injured in the explosion in Herat City tonight, said health officials.
