Hyderabad: Three people were washed away while the other two were still missing in two separate incidents in Vicarabad and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri when the rain continued to pound the district.
The newly married bride was the dead, while the groom survived after their car was washed away.
In the incident in Vicarabad on Sunday night, just married together with 4 other people stuck after their car was trapped in the flow.
The body of a bride and groom and groom was found on Monday, while Young Groom’s nephew was still missing.
Groom, other sisters and lucky drivers survive.
“The car was stuck near a tree.
That’s when we can come,” said Groom Nawaz Reddy.
Nawaz, who came from Ravulapalli Village in Marpalli Mandal, has married the pravalics of Mominpet on August 27.
On August 29, the couple went to visit the Bride’s parents and the incident occurred when they were on their way back to Ravulapalli.
The car driver, Raghavendar Reddy, allegedly ignored family advice and told them that he could drive through the flow safely.
Vaqarabad DSP Sanjeeva Rao said that the driver came out of the river at night and had been hiding in a neighboring village that was afraid that he would be responsible for death.
Another accident in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri took place on Monday when a motorcyclist with two girls driving a stuck in the Vaagu (stream) dose in Kurraram.
While the man came out safely, the two girls were washed away.
One of the girls, Sindhuja, was saved by the locals but then he died at the hospital.
The effort is still ongoing to track lost girls, Himabindhu.
Both in the incident, suddenly the water which resulted in the accident, officials said.
According to the community data on Telangana State Development Planning, Siddipet and Narayanpet District received excessive rainfall, while 18 other districts also received heavy rainfall on Monday.
At Sircilla, the RTC bus with 20 passengers was trapped on the river in Ghambirraopet on Monday.
Locals help all passengers for safety.
While in Karimnagar, a two-wheeled driver who was swept away in the stream was rescued by the locals on the boat.
