Gurugram: The branch of Gurugram police crime has arrested three criminals, including members of the famous Kaushal gang.
They allegedly tried to kill a pharmacist and his brother because he refused to give them a narcotics injection.
Caushal gang members have come out with a guarantee since last year.
The group of three members was active for the past few months and they were sought in cases related to robbery, grabbing and looting in various parts of the city.
On September 27, Balram and Bahadur were treated at the Sunrise Hospital.
On September 29, Bahadur filed a complaint to the police said that on September 27, a two-wheeled vehicle stopped in front of his medical store near Harinagar Sabzi bathing and motorists asked him to give a narcotics injection.
Bahadur tells the youth that they don’t sell such injections.
“The accusation began to argue and fight with Balaram.
Two young men joined and took Rs 20,000 from the counter.
One of them crashed into Balram on his head with bricks,” said Bahadur.
Based on complaints, a registered case below Section 307 (effort for murder), 379A (grabbing) and 34 (general intentions) IPC at the Sector Police Office 37.
Sector 10 crime unit managed to arrest the defendant from Rajiv Chowk on Friday.
The defendant was identified as Sujit aka Bullet, a resident of Nagar Day, Ashlam aka Nazim from Shakti Park and Manish aka Golgaon from Gurgaon.
“During interrogation, it was found that Sujit was a member of the Caushal gang.
He was in prison for the murder of Vijay Batra aka Tantrik in 2019.
He left the prison last year and formed his group to commit crimes such as grabbing and robbery,” said ACP (crime) Preeting Sangwan .
