Letter: The local court on Thursday sentenced three people to protest 13-year-old boys in 2012 in the Udhna region and sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
The boy suffered a serious injury in his personal part and suffered a lot of health problems because of sexual violence.
The court also ordered compensation for Rs 1.50 lakh to the victim.
The court sentenced Rashidali aka Shamsher aka Jikka Shaikh, (27), Rakesh Devnarayan Poddar (27) and Saddam Hussain Shaikh (27) to mentally mentally in November 2012.
The initials were initially booked for sex and unnatural criminal intimidation.
Because the threat released by inmates, the little boy did not tell his parents about sexual violence.
But the crime was revealed when small children fell ill and began to bleed from the private section.
His mother filed a complaint at the Udhna Police Station in December 2012 after the police arrested the defendant.
“The court punished the defendant based on scientific evidence.
The court ordered the compensation of Rs 1.50 lakh to the victim,” said Arvind Vice, the public prosecutor.
