Jaisalmer: Three masked men who flashed the gun robbed Rs 5.23 lakh from the Indian state bank branch in Barmer on Monday night, the robbery was completely recorded on CCTV cameras.
The police reached the place and began to look for the culprit.
Baritricades has been placed in the area and the team has been sent to search for three robbers.
According to information, three masked men arrived on motorbikes and entered the bank at 4:00 p.m.
Because banks are closed on Sundays, villagers from the nearest area come on Monday for transactions.
Three waving pistols make people stand on one side.
They then threatened the bank manager and cashier before running away with cash.
Bank employees and villagers told Samdadi police.
Immediately after, Sho Dawood Khan immediately reached the place with his team.
SP Anand Sharma said the three of them entered the bank flashing pistol and waved knife.
At that time, around 8-10 customers were in the bank.
The robbers first threaten customers and made them stand in the field.
One of them then approached the cashier with a bag and placed Rs 5.23 lakh in it.
The others went to the manager and appointed his gun at him.
A few minutes later, the three were made of their bikes.
SP tells the Toi that the incident took place along the intra-state border of Pali and Jalore.
The police have placed barricades in Siwana, Jalore, Samdadi and Pali.
