3 highest AHD buildings up from the banks of the river

Ahmedabad: In the West Bank of Sabarmati Riverfront, three buildings with a height of 92.4 million on the ground is set to dramatically change the city horizons.
These buildings will mark their presence as the highest city building.
Pre-bidding meetings for three detained buildings recently.
It will appear on the West Bank between Tagore Hall and the event center.
There is also a proposal for five more buildings on the eastern bank of Riverfront.
Officials at Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited claim that the highest building will accommodate 22 floors – with each floor to 4.2 million.
AMC has invited an expression of interest for three buildings from developers earlier this year.
A total of 28 companies, including educational institutions, will compete in the final financial offer process in the coming week.
Nearly 40% of companies have shown interest in building housing projects, while 30% have shown interest in building commercial projects.
30% of others have shown preferences for housing-commercial projects.
Kota Commissioner Mukesh Kumar claims that SRFDCL has been allowed to build with the floor space index (FSI) up to 17, depending on the size of the plot.
“The highest building will be 92.4 m which will be higher than the SVP City hospital,” Kumar said.
The building will accommodate 22 floors and each floor will be 4.2 m high leaving enough space for utilities such as air conditioning, electrical cables and ventilation to be installed along the ceiling.
Speaking of tall buildings in the city of Ahmedabad, officials of Srfdcl revealed that Ahmedabad Hospital Municipal Corporation Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is currently the highest at 78m with 18 floors.
In terms of the number of floors, the housing building project that is being built near the city hall has the highest number of floors -25, but 70m.
Keep in mind here that in May this year the Gujarat government has agreed to the construction of 70 floors and many more.
Approval is given after considering suggestions and objections to the main notifications that include changes in the comprehensive 2017 general development control regulations that enable the construction of “iconic” building.
This new policy allows high-rise buildings higher than 100m in Ahmedabad, Letters, Rajkot, Vadodara and Gandhinagar.
