Mumbai: The narcotics control bureau (NCB) has confiscated almost one kg of gold hidden in the body cavity of three Kenyan women at Mumbai International Airport, an official said on Thursday.
The three have landed here from Doha on Tuesday night, he said.
Acting on the tip-off, NCB Sleuggells intercepted Khuresha Ali (61), Abdullahi Abdia Adan (43) and Ali Sadia Allo (45).
No illegal was found in their luggage, but during interrogation, women seek medical help say they feel uncomfortable.
