Thane: Thane collector on Tuesday said there were around 8 lakh voters in the district who had their names in the voter list but did not have photos.
Therefore, the process is underway to research them and delete their names.
So far, 3.6 the name of the lakh has been removed from the list and the booth level officer is in the process of carrying out Panchnamas.
Forms will be available for voters in the center of facilitation of citizens of Thane Municipal Corporation.
