Agra: In a mild robbery a day, three young men borne by unknown bicycles allegedly robbed Rs 11 lakh at the point of weapons from the cashier and a gas station seller when they headed to the bank in the Runakta Agra area to deposit the number on Tuesday on Tuesday.
SSP Muniraj G said that the incident lasted about 500 meters from the gas station – Sudhir charging station in Runakta.
The suspect took a bag from an employee after shooting in the air and escaped from the scene.
“The neighboring district police have been informed and examined the posts have been activated at every intersection of the road,” he said, adding that CCTV footage of this area was also being scanned to identify them.
Salesman Manoj Kumar told the media people that he and the cashier, Sheshve, was chased by young men borne by bicycles, and they managed to grab their bags of RS 11 lakh cash.
