3 lynched in Tripura on Event of Cows theft: Authorities

AGARTALA: Three individuals were supposedly lynched from the Khowai subject of Tripura on feeling of cattle thieving from the wee hours of Sunday, authorities said.
Villagers of all Namanjoypara seen a mini-truck heading towards Agartala, taking five cows, about 4.30 am, Superintendent of Police Kiran Kumar explained.
They chased it and was able to halt the automobile near North Maharanipur village,” he explained.
The villagers began attaching the 3 individuals about the mini-truck using”deadly weapons”, and lynched a few of these, while another managed to flee,” he explained.
The telescope got hold of another individual at Mungiakami, a hamlet nearby North Maharanipur, also he had been lynched that point, the officer added.
Police reached the 2 places immediately and required them to a local hospital and then to the Agartala Government Medical College at which the attending doctors announced they were attracted dead,” Kumar explained.
A case was filed and an evaluation is underway, he explained.
No arrests were created however, authorities said.
Those killed were identified as Jayed Hossain (30), Billal Miah (28) and also Saiful Islam (18), all inhabitants of Sonamura subdivision from the Sepahijala district, they said.
