ARVADA: A gunman is thought to have shot and murdered an officer and another individual at a shopping district at a Denver suburb Monday before being fatally shot by police, police said.
An officer responded to your telephone at 1:15 p.m.
on a questionable incident close to the library at town of Arvada, also about 15 minutes after, a 911 call came in about shots shot as well as the officer struck, Deputy Chief Ed Brady stated in a press conference.
Another individual considered to have been taken by the gunman had been shot to a hospital also died, authorities said.
The attacker was captured and murdered.
Police did not immediately clarify the conditions of the shooting however nobody else is thought to have been included.

Earlier, authorities said that there were just two suspects.
The shooting happened in Olde Town Arvada, the town’s downtown district with restaurants, stores, breweries and other companies.
