Ludhiana: Three Ludhiana residents and two patients from outside the district were tested positive for Covid-19 here on Wednesday.
With no deaths reported on the day, the district toll-district victims were 2,108 and dating, 28, 28,573 samples were tested.
Of the three new cases, one from the OPD, one is a health worker and the third is being tracked.
The district case count is 87,643 and that the outsider here is 11,720.
So, 85,513 patients have recovered, which is 97.57% of the total cases.
There are 22 active cases.
On Wednesday, the number of samples taken was 6,342.
