3 Power Plants Haryana ‘has coal stock for 7-10 days’

Chandigarh: Haryana Daya Utility on Tuesday claims to have enough shares to run its power plant in Panipat Regency, Yamunanagar and Hisar, in contrast to the situation that applies in neighboring punjab.
Haryana’s supply itself is 220mW from unit 7 and 8 of the Thermal Power Plant (PTPL) and 900MW units from Rajiv Gandhi Thermal Power Plant (RGTPP) Kharar, Aperar, and Deenbandhu Chhotu RAM thermal power plants in Yamunangar.
Officials Haryana Power Generation Corporation (HPGCL) said these four units consumed 25,200 million coal per day, which was about six rakes a day.
According to sources, one unit again 600 MW is likely to start functioning at the end of the month.
Haryana has a daily consumption of 15 crores up to 17 electric crore units.
While around 45% to 50% of the supply is obtained through the Country Long-Term Purchase Agreement, the rest are supplied through three power plants.
This country provides electricity from BBMB, two Jharli’s power projects in Jhajjar and other electricity generation in the country based on Barter, officials said.
“Unlike our neighboring countries in New Delhi and Punjab, we feel comfortable when it comes to electricity supply in the state.
We have an adequate and economical power purchase agreement in place to meet all kinds of needs during the rice sowing season.
So is the relationship Coal, “said Head of Secretary (Strength) of the Das.
The question revealed that the Kharar factory had a 10-day coal stock, while the Panipat and Yamcoma factories each had an eight and seven days of stock.
“Coal relationship problems are annual training.
We got two rakes today and will have eight more than three days ahead,” HPGCL MD M.
Shayin said.
