BIJNOR: Authorities in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor district Sunday registered an FIR against three men, such as an NRI lady, for supposedly attempting to”tarnish” the picture of the Lady and household of Ram Mandir confidence overall secretary Champat Rai.
