Greater Noida: Three individuals allegedly attacked a biryani seller once he denied them food credit at Greater Noida’s Jalalpu on Saturday.
The incident occurred at 9am if the trio requested the sufferer, Sachin Kumar, to serve them biryani, authorities said.
“I advised them to pay my dues.
Then they started to strike me.
One of them took a countrymade pistol.
My uncle Lajja Ram arrived into the place to rescue me but he assaulted him with a pole,” he explained.
The victim sustained severe injuries from the incident.
Sachin said the trio, Varun Sharma, Nanu Sharma and Nishu, were regular guests to his cart and purchased biryani from him several times without producing any obligations.
The episode was recorded on a CCTV camera set up close to the place.
According to Sachin’s criticism, an FIR was lodged under applicable parts of the IPC.
ACP-2nd (fundamental Noida) Yogendra Singh stated:”The accused have been identified and will probably be detained.”
