Chennai: Three city students have been ranked between the top 100 in Jee (Main) conducted in four sessions starting in February to August.
Ashwin Abraham from Gopalapuram Chennai, one of 44 to get 100 percent at the national level, secured all the 12th ranked Indian and a country’s topper appeared.
R Roshana (99,993 percentile) rank 113, the highest among girls in Tamil Nadu.
Experts said conducting an exam in four sessions helped high score students.
In the four joint sessions, 9,39,008 students appeared for the exam, with the top 2.51 lakh to qualify for JEE (continued) scheduled for 3.
