Chennai: The police arrested three people because they beat a 54-year-old man to death in Tondairpet in Chennai on Sunday night.
The deceased has been identified as H Jaffer, a sidewalk.
The investigation revealed that he had separated from his family 25 years ago and has worked in a steel company.
Because of the kuncian, he lost his job and began working at Tasmac Shop.
A few days ago, Magesh from Tondaaripet took the argument with Jaffer asking him to buy liquor for him.
Jaffer hit him.
Magesh and his two feet planned revenge.
On Sunday night, Trio killed Jaffer and escaped from the place.
The police control room received information that a man was found dead with a bleeding injury near the Tiffin Center at High Road Thiruvottiyur.
Tondiarpet police restore the body and send it for postmortem.
Based on the input of Jaffer’s brothers, the police secured Magesh and his accomplices of Selvam, 32, and R Saravanan, 41, from Tondaarpet.
They are returned in judicial custody.
